Cool show guys! Keep it up!
Thanks Graham. We appreciate all the supportive comments from people.
You posted related comments twice so I got rid of the repetitive one. I know why you did it though. I forgot to turn off comment moderation so they would post live. I’ll change that now. I’m glad we figured that kink out early.
Thanks again and keep checking back. You can sign up for our e-mails on any page and get e-mail updates when we post a new show.

Well, I can’t listen to it yet because of my crappy satellite internet…but I will come back and listen once I move in a few weeks
That sounds good. Thanks Reeser. I look forward to your feedback on our current show posting and all future shows, especially if we are signed by a radio station. With your experience broadcasting at the radio station at school and everything, your feedback, more than most, is going to be nice. I think I can speak for Ryan and Adam, the other two guys here, when I say we appreciate you taking the time to check us out.

I bookmarked this site and posted a link to it on a website so I’m trying to spread the word about the show.
I have some cool information to tell you since I am a comic book fan, the movie “Whiteout” you were talking about is based on the Graphic Novel by writer Greg Rucka and artist Steve Lieber. it’s a limited series.
In 2000 Whiteout was nominated for Eisner Awards for Best Writer, Best Artist, Best Limited Series, and Best Graphic Album.
“Whiteout” the comic was followed by a sequels like Whiteout: Melt and Whiteout: Thaw. I have heard of writer Greg Rucka before and he seems pretty good.
This information is from Wikipedia.org
For more information search on Wikipedia and type in: Whiteout (Oni Press)
Thanks Graham! Great information. I’ll double check your information and add it in on Wednesday when I describe the movie in “Three Guys Go to the Movies”.
Also, if you could comment on each show in its post rather than all comments in this one, that would be awesome. I’d like more people to join the discussion and for the comments to be visible to any radio station execs that may be looking at our recent shows.
ok thanks.
No problem.
I enjoyed your take on Criminal Minds plus the comment about L&O SVU competing in that time slot. I have been a long time fan of SVU however, I was very disappointed in the season opener. There was no mention of the season finale last year where a cast member was murdered albeit no a major player. Violence in the work place even if you are cops could have been an interesting story line. I have been a big fan of Christine Lahti but she is too edgy as the new DA in the show and thus far making me edgy which is not why I watch the show in the first place.
In the case of Criminal Minds, I have bescome a big fan. I did catch up when Mandy Patankin was on USA and A&E and thought bringing in Joe Montegna was a smart move. At this point I will watch Criminal Minds instead of SVU.
By the way, Farhenheit 451 written by Ray Bradbury was a great book and wonderful movie. Even check it out on Wikopedia.
The Coen brothers can be a little weird but you got admit with Fargo and the cast, especially Steve Buscemi was a hit.
I look forward to your next show.
Thanks for the comment Rona! I agree with you about Criminal Minds. Patankin leaving allowed them to show how great their casting is by replacing him with Montegna, which was a good move. I also favor CM over SVU. Adam disagrees, but that’s why we all make a good team on the show.
Actually, we’re not talking about Fahrenheit 451. Michael Moore did a socialist anti-American movie called Fahrenheit 9-11 about September 11th and how horrible he thinks our country is. That’s what we were debating. If you want more information, you can look it up, but we don’t even suggest you do that much.
Thanks for the support. We will try to discuss your comment on the show. Also, I have advised Ryan concerning your iPod question. He will be getting back to you soon with that. Thanks a lot!
Mike
Hi Mike,
Actually I saw Michael Moore’s Movie and liked it. I was only suggesting that you check out the original film because it is a classic and it discussed burning books which the Nazi’s did leading up to and throughout WWII.
I disagree about that film being anti-American however, that is why we have “freedom of speech”.
Oh ok, that makes sense. Yeah, the original that Michael Moore stole Fahrenheit 9-11 from, Fahrenheit 451, is very good. I loved the book and the movie.
I agree that we have freedom of speech and that is what America is all about, but sometimes I think speech can be anti-American, regardless of the fact that you have the freedom to say something. All freedoms come with responsibility, for instance, the age old example of how it is illegal to yell “fire” falsely in a crowded movie theater. If you ask most Americans, even some liberals, they will tell you Michael Moore is irresponsible with it. He may have the freedom of speech, but I also have the freedom of speech to think he is anti-American and say it. I’m not trying to take anyone’s freedoms away. I am just trying to stop them from hiding behind them. His newest movie is against the capitalist system we currently have and the “rich” making their money. However, the hypocritical part is that few people benefit from our supposedly horrible, evil, capitalist society the way Michael Moore has. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. I try not to get into politics in this show, however, so I will leave it at that. I do, however, appreciate your point and wholeheartedly agree with the freedom of speech argument. I especially appreciate the conversation. That kind of conversation is one of our goals with this show. That’s why we push our e-mail addresses so much. I will do my best to bring your points up today when Ryan, Adam and I do the show.
I also hope Ryan has sent you an e-mail advising you about how to listen to the show on your iPod. We had a discussion about that and I hope he has sent you the solution. Keep an eye out for tonight’s show which will probably post tomorrow afternoon.
Hi Ryan,
I listen to your broadcast every week.
What is your take on Numbers this season? I think the scripts has gotten tighter and the show is at a faster pace.
Because of the cast I think that was what held them together but now with some good story lines it is vastly improving.
My favortite show consistently is Cold Case. I have been a fan since the beginning. Scott has even become a fan and it being shot in Philadelphia certainly helps. Go Phillies and Eagles.
I am intrigued by the trailers to that George Clooney and Jeff Bridges film. What have you heard? We usually watch films on DVD but we may step out for this one.
Take care,
Rona
I am looking forward to watching CSI tonight. We are going to watch House, I have not seen it for a while. I don’t think that the three of you have discussed this show, have you?
What did you think of that Number’s show with drone?
Definitely something different for this show.
I agree with one of your horror picks-Rosemary’s Baby.
It was such a strange casting though. John Casavettes was a fantastic director and often featured his wife Gena Rowlands. He was definitely ahead of his time and died too soon. Another interesting actress was Ruth Gordon. Did you ever see Harold and Maude-a classic!
I look forward to your next show.
Rona
